Experimental Setup

The fundamental parameters used for water related process monitoring are pH, temperature, electrical conductivity, TDS, DO, ORP, etc. Continuous monitoring of these parameters is essential. Manual data collection is both time consuming and erroneous.
We provide customized experimental setup for research work wih multimeter. Our multimeter is designed with the capability of measuring pH, temperature, electrical conductivity, TDS, DO, ORP. The recorded data are stored in real time and inside a memory card. The multimeter can be programmed to record data at suitable intervals from which data trends can be sorted out and all these are easily transferrable due to the use of the memory card. The device comes with a Wi-Fi module which allows remote access to the uploaded data through a secured line. Inspite of all these features, this device will cost only a tenth of cumulative cost of all the otherwise required instruments.


Water Qualty Monitoring

We provide state of the art water quality monitoring system.We use industrial sensors to ensure accuracy as well as longivity of the instruments. Remote monitoring can be done through our website. Data is stored in our dedicated server.
Our work on water quality monitoring lead us to be in collaboration with the Department of Environment, DOE to fight river pollution. Our effective monitoring system will be setup by the DOE to supervise the use of industrial ETPs, ensuring better and maintained discharges to our rivers.


Bio-ETP

3.Our work with Bio-ETP also shows a lot of promise. We specialize in Hybrid Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket, also known as HUASB. This is an upgraded UASB which requires only two days of startup time with a COD removal efficiency of 90%, color removal efficiency of 95% and the retention time is a mere 3.5-4 hours. Our work and research on HUASB also received international recognition as we were called by “International Young Water Professional”, Toronto 2019, organized by IWA. Recognition of HUASB in Bangladesh will bring dramatic improvements in the industrial ETPs since not only will it be better for the environment but also be more economical than its predecessors.
