Most ETPs lack necessary equipment, laboratory and expertise which results in lack of proper monitoring of the water quality, which in turn causes industries failing to optimize the chemical dosing and retention time for high efficiency.
That’s where Environmental Challenge Fund organized by the Department of Environment, DOE chose us as one of the teams to work with our Online ETP Monitoring System; providing engineered solutions to the ETPs’ drawbacks.
Our monitoring device will have data stored both online and onboard. Data can be remotely accessed through Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity. Our multimeter holds the capability to measure pH, EC, TDS, DO, ORP, COD, BOD, TSS, Turbidity and Temperature- all the parameters necessary to be monitored in a functioning ETP. Our team was also chosen due to our device’s promising compatibility with products from wide range of suppliers and being many times cheaper than other automated systems.
With our monitoring systems not only installed in ETPs but also in discharge points in the rivers, the DOE and the concerned bodies can observe the ETPs efficiency. This is believed to contribute to the prevention of further pollution of our rivers and even aid the process of reviving the rivers from pollution.
